lottie watched a documentary ages ago about the best recipe for sfc and we finally got round to testing it today
mix 1 egg with a little milk and add salt and pepper, in a flat plate mix flour with salt and pepper, dip strips of chicken in the eggmix then in the flour, then back in the eggmix then back in the flour, shallow fry in sunflower oil until crispy
tastes great but needs more seasoning than you think
