i consider it my mission in life to let you know the whereabouts of great cake
i am very fussy about cake, only great cake gets my seal of approval, the sponge needs to be the right consistency, the flavour needs to arouse your taste buds, the cream/icing/filling needs to complement the sponge not overpower it, you should be served a good-sized wodge
all these factors were met today at the captains table, west quay, newhaven when i partook of their coffee and walnut splendour
