cinnamon whirls

baking lesson today:
1 roll puff pastry (thank you co-op 50p off at the moment)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mixed spice

1. mix the sugar and spices
2. lay out pastry and cut vertically into two slimmer rectangles
3. sprinkle with half the mix
4. fold the ends of each piece into the middle
5. sprinkle with the rest of the mix
6. fold both ends into the middle again
7. fold together and cut into slices
8. bake on a greased tray for 20mins at 200c
